The president stressed the constitutional reforms were followed by complicated and labor intensive preparatory works, demanding professional solutions.
“The recent example is the unprecedented cooperation between civil society and the opposition over the Electoral Code, that lasted over several months, and we do hope it will have a successful ending in the coming days,” the president stated. According to the President the preparatory works have slowed down following April war.
“As always, we do learn the war lessons: regardless of any other processes, a continuous tangible work has been conducted. We were driven behind the agenda due to the latest events: however, there is no time we could waste now.”
