French “Reporters without Borders” legal union has recently released two statements on Azerbaijan. The Union first condemned the arrest of Amirov - financial director of “Azadlig” newspaper. The incriminating documents, by the way, called Amirov Imam of Gulen supporters. The police have allegedly found Gulen literature in his car.
The French organization has urged Baku to put an end to these nonsense accusations and release the opposition journalist. Member of the organization, Johan Bire mentioned that Azerbaijan has borrowed Turkish prosecution tactics based on the pretext of Gulen supporters.
