President Sargsyan, who is on a working visit to Artsakh, participated in the ceremonies dedicated to the 25th anniversary of NKR proclamation. Serzh Sargsyan, accompanied by president Bako Sahakyan and the delegation from Armenia (invited particularly for participation in the ceremonies), along with the people of Artsakh and visitors from abroad, started a solemn march from Revival Square heading to Stepanakert Memorial, laid a wreath and paid tribute to the fallen heroes of Artsakh independence.
