On the eve of Artsakh Independence President Bako Sahakyan granted awards to devotees from different spheres for their distingished accomplishemnts.
The President of Artsakh presented the first awards to the military, since the latter are the main devotees to the country. In addition to the awards presented to people in social and economic, scientific and educational as well as other vital fields, special awards were granted to devotees of Armenian diaspora, as well as foreigners, for their continuous dedication and support to Artsakh throughout the 25 years of its independence.
