National Assembly Vice President Hermine Naghdalyan believes our greatest achievement is the generation of independence period.
NA MP Aram Manukyan, the one who read the declaration text on August 23rd, 1990, also expressed his thoughts concerning the birth of the independent state.
NA ANC fraction speaker considers the declaration to be the best document in the history of Armenia, for its realistic features and fulfilling nature. Manukyan considers the 12 points of the declaration to be symbolic, while the bold move to adopt this type of a document still back in Soviet Union was a real heroism.
