Director of the analytical center Alexander Iskandaryan believes nothing has changed during the 9 years of negotiation process. As Iskandaryan points out Baku has no intentions to respect the agreements over the borders reached during the recent Sargsyan-Putin-Aliyev meeting. Deputy Director Sergey Minasyan, on his turn, states that the Kremlin clearly realizes that no settlement can be achieved through unilateral concessions through pressure.
