First ombudsman Larisa Alaverdyan and political scientist Ara Papyan today referred to the negotiation process of NKR conflict settlement. As Ara Papyan states there are ongoing reforms of alliance ties in the region, which means Armenia should continue searching for allies in NKR conflict settlement, in order to strengthen positions. Larisa Alaverdyan believes NKR negotiation process has no way to be effective, unless Artsakh is included in the process.
