As NA Deputy Speaker said, president Sargsyan has issued a clear statement over NKR conflict settlement, saying Karabagh cannot become part of Azerbaijan – people of Karabagh have to determine their fate on their own.
Sharmazanov also excludes Turkey’s participation in the settlement process, since the co-format cannot be changed without Armenia’s consent.
