Yellow tiles will serve as a signal for visually impaired citizens, while concave tiles at the end or the beginning of the sidewalk will indicate the height of the surface for blind pedestrians.
Yerevan City Hall press service informs there will be a pilot program in 2016, introduced in the area between Tumanyan-Nalbandyan streets intersection towards Mashtots Avenue. The program will expand in 2017, in case this year’s results fully justify the expectations.
