A petition has been held in Russia to remove Prime Minister Dmityry Medvedev from his post. Over 150 000 Russians have already signed under the petition within the first day. The reason for this common anger and frustration against the Prime Minister is determined by his speech made during a public forum on August 3rd in answer to the question “Why do teachers earn less”. Medvedev suggested that teachers should change their profession, let us say, do business, if they need to increase their income. The following statement issued by the PM has highly insulted teachers.
