The upcoming Aliyev-Putin-Rouhani meeting in Azerbaijan will touch upon the issue of NKR conflict settlement, Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan mentioned in his speech to the journalists. "There are numerous issues in regard with the rapidly changing region, and I believe quite many questions will be discussed within the framework fo the meeting, and NKR issue is most likely to be touched upon as well”, Kocharyan pointed out.
What concerns President Sargsyan’s recent speech, Shavarsh Kocharyan emphasized that the statement issued by the president stands out for its clarity. “Serzh Sargsyan made a clear statement: first, there will be no unilateral concession, secondly, it is excluded that NKR can become part of Azerbaijan.”
The meeting of the three presidents will be held in Baku on August 8th, while RA President Serzh Sargsyan will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on August 10th.
