Through 3 flights Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has taken back to Yerevan 216 citizens of Armenia who, as a result of closing Verin Lars checkpoint, had been hopelessly waiting either in cars, or under tents for days.
At the airport the migrant workers, children, a pregnant woman and other people who were coming back home through the Russian-Georgian border have been greeted by Armenian emergency groups offering services of a doctor-psychologist and other urgent services.
