Heated talks again as the Electoral Code amendments are being discussed. Postanjyan complains about Davit Harutyunyan refraining from a response based on her being a female. Postanjyan also complains about the mutually agreed amendments in the Code and not only. Both the Code author and the political majority are surprised, since after long discussions at the Parliament, all the fractions except Heritage party had agreed upon those changes.
