How much money is needed to possibly apply new amendments of Electoral Code in practice? The amendments have been held in 4 x 4 x 4 format with 4 representatives from civil society, opposition and political majority. Upon completion of the discussions and after the joint statement issued from the two political wings the following amendments are already on Parliament table.
