“The Armenian Eye Care Project” after John and Hasmik Mkrtchyan opened in Lori regional center. The opening ceremony was attended by benefactors, renowned ophthalmologists from the US, as well as state and community officials. The people of Lori previously used the mobile eye care clinic, which occasionally moved from one place to the other throughout the region.
