Russia attempts to restore the responsible commitment in the settlement of Nagorno Karabagah conflict. Prior to Saint Peterburg summit Minsk Group co-chairs issued a statement saying Russia initiated June 20th talks, which was seen as a supplement to OSCE Minsk Group co-chair efforts, rather than a beginning of a new political process.
