A meeting between Serzh Sargfsyan and Russian president Vladimir Putin was held today in “Konstantinovsky” Palace, Saint Petersburg. The two presidents discussed issues on the negotiation process on NKR conflict settlement, referring to regional developments and current challenges threatening the security. The presidents exchanged opinions concerning the process of implementation of agreements received as a result of Vienna talks initiated by foreign ministers of OSCE Minsk group co-chair countries.
