After adopting the controversial decision of depriving MPs from immunity, Turkey has taken measures by sending cases on 117 MP to the prosecutor’s office. As Turkish Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdağ announced judicial cases are launched against 152 MPs. Constitutional amendments in Turkish Parliament were accompanied by scandals. However, regardless of the given situation, the Parliament has adopted the decision on depriving over 150 MPs from immunity. The decision spread mostly on pro-Kurdish “People’s Democracy” Party members. Numerous international structures and states have expressed their concern regarding constitutional amendments.
