The red ribbon was cut at a symbolic site near Karaghbyur, a place the village of Chinari was founded at. The bordering settlement is the host village of another water supply improvement project in rural areas funded by Viva Cell-MTS and Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets in the rural areas.
Fund for Armenian Relief has also contributed to project realization.
