Multi-language channels of Russia Today have broadcast reportage on the background of Bundestag adoption of the resolution on the Armenian Genocide, as well as the feedback received from Turkey following the adoption. In the English language reportage of the TV Company, an announcement was made about German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s seat being empty during the voting, however following the adoption the latter released a special statement.
