The best investment is the one made in education. Russian based businessman Vladimir Avagyan is guided by this conviction. In 2013 the latter founded the fund entitled “Development of Armenian villages” in Artsakh, first of all aiming to build up a network of schools, which would ensure worthy conditions for the education and upbringing of young generation to Artsakh.
