French friends of Artsakh have arrived in their beloved city: Where else should their visit start from if not from Talish, the heated point during April war. Mr. Rochebloine and René Rouquet were seriously concerned and saddened about the scene they witnessed. They have visited Artsakh for more than ten times, and have witnessed the step by step recovery from the destructions of the previous war, nevertheless the violations that occurred 22 years after are truly reprehensible.
