After a two-hour closed meeting concerning Defense sector budget expenses, defense Minister answered the questions raised by journalists. Talking about the lost positions, head of Defense Ministry stressed it is a natural thing to lose some positions at wartime. He also mentioned, however, things have taken such a course that the Armenian side currently holds control over the situation.
