Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitriy Peskov announced the outcome of the meeting between leaders of RA and Azerbaijan concerning Karabagh conflict, which serves grounds for a cautious optimism. During a press-conference the Department of State has also touched upon Vienna talks. John Kerry has mentioned that the American side aims to achieve reduction of tension on the line of contact and the discussion on this issue with Yerevan and Baku was implemented by his initiative.
