Is the issue of Karabagh recognition included in the agenda of the four-day session? This issue puts the Parliament in a difficult position. Everybody knows that Artsakh is a state, however they do not share the opinion that making this issue emerge in the agenda is in the interests of Artsakh. Neither will it contribute to the process of international recognition of Artsakh.
