There will be a movement in the settlement process once Azerbaijan stops interfering in Artsakh becoming a full member of the talks, says Deputy Foreign Minister Kocharyan. Kocharyan contradicted to Mammadyarov's announcement made in Germany on the eve, about the conflict settlement possible only if territories are returned. It is not Armenia to return territories, but Karabagh. Do not forget to first of all return the occupied regions of Shahumyan and Martuni, as well as settlements from Martakert.
