The enemy failed its attempts to penetrate into Armenian Military position from this base on April 2nd. Under the command of company commander Urfanyan our soldiers had overthrown the enemy before the fatal moment.

The enemy artillery had blocked the rescue routes, however 4 out of 7 servicemen managed to reach them. They knew that in addition to the victims there was also a wounded soldier, and it was a priority to rescue him.
