Power gives birth to rights: the one who possesses power, possesses freedom and independence. Those words of General Garegin Nzhdeh are heard on Artsakh borders today. The state theatre of Kapan stands with our soldiers, as it did years ago. Our soldiers confronted the adversary, heading to a conscious death during the four-day war of Artsakh in April, by inflicting responsive counterattacks and once again proving the power of their fist.
