The events led to a state that Azerbaijani Consul General to Los Angeles took countermeasures. Being informed about the memorial evening to be held in memory of Artsakh war victims on Los Angeles City Council courtyard, attended by senior officials, Nasimi Aghayev wrote a letter of complaint to Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael Antonovich.
