2166 B.C. is considered to be the year of the construction of pagan temple of Garni. According to the “History of Armenia” by Movses Khorenatsi, the temple of Garni was established by Gegham, the great grandson of Hayk Nahapet: the temple was named Garni after Garnik, the grandson of Hayk. Garni is the next stop of “We and Our Mountains” shooting group.
