Samvel Vardanyan was born on November 2nd, 1951, to a family of honest patriots in the city of Martuni, Geghjarkunik region. During the first days of Kharabagh movement Samvel left for Artsakh. He settled down in Dashushen village, Askeran region. He took his wife and 5 children with him.
