Staffan de Mistura, special UN envoy on Syria, issued final documents on Geneva peace talks on Syria. As the diplomat mentioned they have considered general positions of all participants on the transitional government of Syria. According to the envoy, the parties share a common position only on the staff formation of the transitional government.
