In one of European countries the leaders of the largest industrial enterprises of Artsakh are discussing the conditions of large financial investments. The investments will allow to improve the productivity of Kashen mining complex and expand its contributions to the economy of Artsakh. An agreement has been reached as a result of the negotiations, which will allow additional investments worth 28million US dollars.
