Deputy Department Spokesperson Mark Toner welcomes Armenia and Azerbaijan agreeing on ceasefire. According to him, Washington is actively working with both parties to strictly adhere to ceasefire maintenance and return to the Minsk Group process. Toner did not comment on Erdogan’s aggressive pro-Azeri announcement on Karabagh issue, but pointed out there should not be any statements supporting one party only.
