Historically Nagorno Karabagh belongs to Armenia, although Stalin gave it to Azerbaijan. In response to Erdogan’s announcement “Azerbaijan will return Nagorno Karabagh one day”, Serzh Tankyan promises Eastern Turkey being returned to its genuine owners.
