Stepanakert did not sleep. There was a mobilization on volunteer basis till late midnight. Azerbaijani step with its terror signature was an unexpected one, however it did not surprise. For a quarter of century Armenian 2nd Republic lived in a relatively peaceful condition under constant adversary provocations. There was an indescribable consolidation by which people of Artsakh enlisted overnight to protect their homeland. Among the volunteers was Artsakh war fighter Arayik Hakobyan, with 1st degree of disability, whose son serves in Defense Army and is currently on dangerous military positions.
