Among attendees were Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Integration and Reforms of Armenia Vache Gabrielyan, Chief of Government Staff Davit Harutyunyan, Minister of Health Armen Muradyan, Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan, Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan and Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan.
The Prime Minister stated, that these unprecedented actions are another explicit demonstration of Azerbaijani policy against peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabagh conflict. “Armenian Armed Forces are totally controlling the situation having inflicted mass casualties and forced adversary to retreat. RA State bodies are ready to take any possible measures within their capacities to stabilize the situation”.
RA Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan reported on this situation mentioning that since 1994 there have been unprecedented actions from the adversary. At this moment there are still active military actions on the conflict line of Nagorno Karabagh- Azerbaijani opposing forces. Armenian Armed Forces have inflicted a responsive counterattack.
RA Prime Minister has given assignments to corresponding agencies emphasizing the importance of providing the public with accurate information on a timely manner.
