On escalation of Nagorno Karabagh situation, OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs announced: “OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs are deeply concerned about large scale ceasefire violations on the contact line. We strongly condemn use of force and truly regret the casualties, among civilians as well. We urge both sides to stop shooting and undertake every necessary measure to stabilize the situation.
