After one year of work and 1 million dollars investment Kuwait presents its Easter gift to Armenia, by opening the new building of Number 1 retirement home for elderly care and rehabilitation. The center will take care of 72 elderly people, 62 of which will are from the old building, which is already subject to demolition. The caring staff will increase. There will be nurses and 1 doctor for every 20 dependent elderly.
