Terror attacks first in Paris, then in Brussels have forced Europeans to approach the issue of security measures seriously. Now there are numerous accusations against Belgium authorities. President of Turkey Talib Erdogan accused Belgium security forces for failure to prevent terror attacks, stating that one of the terrorists in Brussels had previously been arrested in Turkey a year before. After that the criminal had requested to be exiled to Holland.
