Recipients have already received their certificates. Armenian Youth Foundation is compensating tuition fees to students with excellent academic performance as well as those from socially disadvantaged and single parent families, and those involved in active social performances. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has personally handed in the certificates by expressing his hopes that the knowledge they acquired during the years will be directed to the development of Armenia, Artsakh and diaspora.
