Russian warplanes leave Syria, while opposition groups are gathering around the government. Russian president Vladimir Putin withdraws most part of the army, at the same time announcing, that in case of necessity, he will reinforce Russian troops in Syria. 1000 military will remain in Syria to carry out several tasks, including assistance in Damascus investigation and in training Syrian armed forces.
