A group of Parliament members from Belgium Flanders believe in the perspective of Artsakh becoming a full member of International community. PMs are ready to support the country by any possible ways, since “Artsakh is a democratic castle, which is not only Armenian, but also European. And this is the prerequisite for our first visit”,- admits the European politician, stating that on this stage of cooperation, they can focus their attention on humanitarian spheres.
