Inter- Syrian negotiations resume On March 14th, in Geneva.The agenda includes constitutional amendments of the new government, as well as issues on parliamentary and presidential elections. The Kurds will not participate in the negotiation process this time either. There will be no change in the envoy list comprising Syrian government, High Negotiations Committee formed in ar-Riyāḍ, as well as opposition groups formed after meetings in Cairo and Moscow. Delegates of High Negotiations Committee are in Geneva.
