Yerevan will consider the price for blue fuel to be15 percent less than the earllier sum of189 million being paid to Moscow. This is viewed as the final response from Moscow on the earlier addressed request letter on gas price going down. Isn’t it a backward in strategic relationship of Yerevan and Moscow to sigh an agreement only for the first trimester of the year, and not reaching a consensus on gas price?
