For the first time, athletes from Kosova and South Sudan will have their participation in the Olympic Games.10500 Olympic athletes will compete for the set of 306 medals. This is a record, as well. Currently Armenia holds 12 Olympic ratings. Wrestlers Arthur Aleksanyan, Mihran Harutyunyan, Lean Berianidze, gymnast Harutyun Merdinyan, judoka Hovhannes Davtyan and 7 weightlifters have won their trips to Rio. However, Armenian Olympic Committee is not satisfied with this.
