The newly appointed governor of Shirak, Hovsep Simonyan, Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsuthyun, is taking over his responsibilities. He was introduced by Davit Lokyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Development. Hovsep Simonyan, financier, with 15 years of experience in Shirak city municipality, states there will not be any changes in the personnel depending on which party they belong to. He assures schools and villages will not have any political orientation.
