Yerevan Chamber Theater officially opened in 1982, however its troupe already enjoyed fame not only in Armenia, but also outside its borders. Back then the troupe was known as KVN, a club of humorous and witted youth from polytechnic institute. Ara Yernjakyan was the team leader. The team was the first to win in Yerevan and later honored to present Armenia in the KVN show in Moscow. Today Ara Yernjakyan celebrates his 65th birthday.
