According to the latest news, military actions have not completely ceased in the country. In Latakia a group of foreign journalists has been shelled: some of them are injured. Russia insists that the shellings were from the Turkish territory. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced about Turkey supplying weapons to Syrian rebels in convoys intended for humanitarian aid.
