The family of Babken Avagyan, a contracted soldier from frontier village Nerkin Karmiraghbyur, lives in a house that has survived enemy’s several gunfires and is absolutely non fit for habitation. They had nowhere to go to, neither did they intend to stay in the village. VivaCell-MTS together with Fuller Center for Housing Armenia are totally supporting the family. “Came, saw and helped” - reports the homeowner. It took two months to reconstruct and renovate the house entirely.
